Builders Clean & Sparkle
Eclipse Cleaning Services provide a quality builders "clean & sparkle" cleaning service prior to the handover of the property. We use specialist cleaning teams fully trained to work on building sites. We arrive when you want us and are flexible enough to work within your schedule.
The service we provide includes removing construction debris, stickers and protective tapes and polythene throughout the kitchens and bathrooms. We also clean windows, inside and out, and can wash uPVC fascias and also power wash adjacent paths etc. Garages (where applicable) are also included as part of the clean.
We are CIS registered, Health & Safety policy and Risk Assessment compliant and carry extensive Employers & Public Liability Insurance.
Our cleaners are supervised and specifically trained to follow building site procedure. Each cleaner is issued with a hardhat, steel toecap shoes and high visibility vest and we ensure that all Health & Safety regulations are met.
